Turning complexity into clarity, and helping designers grow their craft.
I’m Paloma Kuhn — a senior product designer for complex data and AI products, with six years in product design and over a decade designing experiences.

I didn’t start in design. I came up through marketing, events and operations before moving into product design in 2020, and that detour is my edge. It taught me to listen, to translate between people who don’t speak the same language, and to care as much about the team shipping the work as about the work itself.
Today I design the data experiences behind trustworthy AI in enterprise SaaS: the governance and controls that make enterprise data reliable enough for AI to act on. My job is to make the complicated feel usable, and to keep the experience coherent across the teams that build it.
I also teach. I’ve been a certified instructor in SAP’s internal design training programs for six years, I mentor designers 1:1, and I led SAP Labs Latin America’s largest events for our R&D community. Design, for me, has always been a team sport.
